We have been pretty busy lately gearing up for spring calving and foaling and weaning fall calvers it been nice having some simple mixes that cook up pretty quick.
I was invited to an Epicure party and decided to try it out. This week I made Shepard’s Pie and Carrot Cake Cupcakes.
They were easy to make and were pretty yummy.
